Packaging: We understand how important it is that you receive your order discreetly. For your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of its contents. Shipments are made using a plain brown or white box or envelope with a return address of "Gamma Distributing, LLC."
Shipping Detail: All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday only, via USPS (United States Postal Service) Standard, First Class or Priority Flat Rate service as noted in the listing.
Shipping Cost: Shipping, picking, packing, handling, and packing material expenses all go into the S & H fee that we charge. We work very hard to keep these costs down so that we can provide you Always Best Value!
Handling Time: Shipments are made Monday thru Friday only and will ship either the same day or the next day after receiving payment depending on the time of day the payment clears. It will usually take an additional 3 to 5 business days for a parcel to be delivered by USPS Priority service.
Combined Shipping: We will combine different orders into one shipment, if they are reasonably close together in time. The first item will be billed the highest shipping & handling charge. The second item will be billed at $5.00. Each additional item thereafter, the shipping & handling is FREE! Multiple item bidders please email us at GammaDistributing@yahoo.com to request the adjustment of shipping & handling before completing checkout or sending payment.
International Shipment: Please contact us for shipping rates prior to your bidding. Canadian customers will have an additional five dollar ($6.00) charge for international shipping added to the first item, other shipping conditions in Combined Shipping will apply for multiple item orders and the item(s) will be shipped First-Class Mail International Package. International bid winners please kindly contact us to request a revised invoice with shipping & handling fees that we have agreed upon to avoid processing delays.
Customs Duty: Your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; LeLuv has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Importer: You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country.
Title Transfer: All items purchased at LeLuv are being shipped in accordance with a carrier's shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title to such item(s) is going to be passed to you the purchaser upon our delivery to a carrier.
High Risk Countries: Some countries that we have found to be risky as far as exporting to with customs seizures and problems are Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, and South Korea. We take every effort to accommodate our customers but we cannot control deliveries to these "hot spots".
Custom Forms: We mark all customs forms with the description of "Massager" for content inside the package.
